About KGPCBA

KGPCBA was established in Shenzhen in 2013 by trained engineering, management and production professionals. We provide PCBA solution development, electronic circuit and system R&D support, OEM manufacturing and delivery coordination for industrial, consumer and specialty electronics.

Manufacturing capability

• Four automatic high-speed Yamaha SMT lines, with stated capacity up to 8 million placements per day
• Four post-solder and test lines plus two wave-solder lines, with stated output up to 20,000 PCS per day
• AOI, X-ray and dedicated quality inspection support for production release

Engineering team

About 20 mid- and senior-level engineers cover independent hardware and software development, file review, DFM/DFT feedback, test planning and product customization.

LED mining-lamp charging boards, LED driver power supplies, LED source boards, smart pet-device driver PCBA, beauty and haircare driver PCBA, FPC, phone batteries, screen cables, camera modules, dashcams, multimedia controls, body-worn cameras, radios, POS terminals, SSDs, docking stations, wireless modules, Bluetooth earphones, action cameras and industrial control boards.

Selected cooperation includes Shenzhen Langke (Netac), Haishi, Kirisun, JADO, Beijing Ruizhi, Shanghai Huarong and Risheng Electronics. Final project scope, customer references and delivery requirements are confirmed case by case.
